THIS SECTION IS WORK IN PROGRESS

Some notes about my cooking:

  • Nearly all recipes are optimized for multiple people. I rarely cook for myself.
  • I’m a fan of ‘20% effort for 80% quality’. Most of my recipes take obvious shortcuts when they’re available (like using pre-chopped vegetables or pre-made sauces), and can be converted to a high-effort version by substituting these ingredients for homemade/from-scratch alternatives.
  • I do most of my grocery shopping at Trader Joe’s, so many recipes will reference TJ’s products and quantities. These products can all be substituted with generic brands, with some additional effort.
