ingredients

  • soba noodles
  • sesame oil
  • seasoned rice vinegar
  • low sodium soy sauce
  • chili oil

steps

  1. Boil soba noodles in a pot. Do NOT add salt.
  2. Drain noodles and rinse extremely well (3-5 minutes) under cold water.
  3. Dry and put noodles in a bowl. Add sesame oil, chili oil, rice vinegar, and soy sauce in any desired ratio.
